Stand back at a front corner so the whole front and one side are in frame. Camera at chest height, wheels straight.

Same distance and height as the front shot — whole back end in frame.

Step back far enough to fit the entire side, camera level, no tilt.

Mirror the driver-side shot from the other side of the car.

From the driver's door: dashboard, steering wheel, and front seats.

From an open rear door: the rear bench, seat backs, and carpets.

Turn the ignition on first — the mileage must be lit up and readable.

The metal plate at the bottom of the windshield (driver side), or the sticker in the driver's door jamb. Get close — characters readable.
